1. About
HomeVisual AI (operating at homevisual.app) is a software-as-a-service platform that helps real-estate agents and property owners remove clutter and personal items from listing photos. By creating an account or uploading any image, you accept these Terms.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18 or older. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may close accounts that show abusive behaviour, fraud, multiple-account creation from the same address, or attempts to bypass usage limits.
3. Photo ownership & licence to process
You keep all rights to photos you upload. You confirm that you either own the copyright in each photo or have explicit permission from the rights-holder to upload and process it. By uploading, you grant HomeVisual AI a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, transform and serve the photo only as necessary to deliver the service to you. We do not on-sell, syndicate or use your photos for any third-party purpose.
4. Compliance with portal rules
HomeVisual AI removes clutter only — we do not perform virtual staging, restyle rooms, add furniture, change paint or fixtures, or otherwise misrepresent the property. You remain solely responsible for ensuring the resulting photos comply with the terms of any property portal you publish them on (PropertyGuru, 99.co, Zillow, Rightmove, Airbnb, etc.) and with any local advertising or consumer-protection law.
5. Credits, refunds & failed processing
Credits are purchased prepaid and are non-refundable except where required by law. If a paid declutter run fails on our side (model error, infrastructure outage), we do not deduct credits — or, if deducted, we automatically refund them. Bonus credits (sign-up, referral) have no cash value and may expire. Pricing is subject to change; packs already purchased are honoured at the originally-purchased rate.
6. Acceptable use
You may not upload images that depict minors in any context, sexually explicit material, copyrighted material you do not own, or content intended to harass, deceive or defraud. You may not use HomeVisual AI to commit or facilitate any unlawful act. Automated bulk-scraping, attempts to circumvent rate limits, or any reverse engineering of the service is prohibited.
7. Watermarks & downloads
Free previews are watermarked. Downloading the unwatermarked file requires credits. You agree not to attempt to remove our watermark from preview images or to bypass the download paywall.
8. Service availability & disclaimer
We aim for high availability but provide the service on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeVisual AI’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the credits you have purchased in the 12 months immediately before the claim.
9. Copyright disclaimer
HomeVisual AI is not the author or publisher of any photo a user uploads. If you believe a photo on our service infringes your copyright, contact us at hello@homevisual.app with the URL or job reference, your contact details and a sworn statement of ownership. Confirmed infringements are removed promptly and the responsible account suspended.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for actions that put other users or our infrastructure at risk.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
